ST. TERESA OF ÁVILA:

Little Apostle, I am Teresa of Ávila.

I come to you by the will of our Lord, to aid you in advancing this apostolate within the safeguarding of His Divine Light and under the mantle of His Holy Church.

Dear One,

n every Christian life — whether man or woman — the light of divine grace shines forth. This grace is not reserved for the strong, the learned, or the exalted, but is revealed in humility, nourished in prayer, and perfected in hidden fidelity.

It is the lowly who are lifted high, for God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. In this way, every soul is invited to walk the narrow path, confident that the Lord Himself supplies the strength to persevere.

Dear Child,

Fear not the narrow path, and settle not!

I assure you, the more one clings to the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, and implores the aid of Mary, our Heavenly Mother, the more abundantly the soul receives the grace needed to fulfill its divine path.

There is no heart more worthy, more humble, or more divinely powerful to guide the soul’s ascent than the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Rejoice in them, revere them, and rest assured: all shall be well. Heaven is with you—be at peace.

Remain attentive, child. You are being led.
