St.Mary  Magdalene’s Witness Of The Ascension

Message from St. Mary Magdalene to The Little Apostle On 06/01/25

St. Mary Magdalene:

Dear sister,

Our Lord Jesus has asked me to come from Heaven to give this simple account—a joy from within my soul—to benefit His Holy Church and reassure His followers of His continual care for His beloved Bride. I am honoured to answer His request, and I want you to know I intercede for you. He also calls His beloved followers to be great apostles of this time—adorned by His love, wholly dedicated to the Holy Church, and united to the new Pontiff.

I wish to speak briefly about my life on earth and about the holy moments experienced in the days before, and on that glorious day when my eyes—and those of our Most Pure Mother Mary and the Apostles beheld the Lord’s Ascension into Heaven.

It was one of the most marvellous moments we ever experienced. Everything we lived with Jesus—every breath, every glance , was filled with divine purpose and deep joy. My heart overflowed with gratitude for the life He restored in me after my full conversion to purity and to a life worthy of God’s goodness.

In the days preceding the Ascension, the disciples and I were filled with joy followed by a sudden sadness that felt unfamiliar. We did not fully understand what was happening, but soon a mysterious melancholy stole into our hearts—an echo of something deeper.

For forty days after the Resurrection, the Lord appeared repeatedly to us and to many other disciples. Each encounter was charged with profound joy. Yet, as the fortieth day drew near, that same mysterious sadness stirred within us. I turned to Peter and whispered:

“Peter, I feel an overwhelming mixture of joy and sorrow at the same time. Do you feel it too?”

“Mary, I do,” he replied, “and so do the others.”

We prayed together—Peter, the others, our Blessed and Most Pure Mother, the holy women, and many disciples , seeking a deeper understanding of this interior stirring.

On the fortieth day, on the Mount of Olives near Bethany, Jesus gathered us in a mantle of peace. In that moment we recognised the confirmation of all that had been revealed in prayer: the hour had come for Him to leave us and ascend to the Father. Overwhelmed with love, He embraced each of us, then lifted His hands and blessed us, commissioning us:

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations…
You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.

Slowly, step by step, He withdrew—ascending into the radiant sky until He passed beyond our sight, embraced by all creation. Carried ever higher, He was taken up into Heaven, and a cloud completely veiled Him from our view as we gazed in wonder.

Oh, how every breath He drew and every step He took consecrated the very soil beneath Him—how every word that flowed from His holy lips fell into our hearts like canticles of grace and charity, becoming an everlasting hymn of love and of the Father’s sovereign will for us and for all creation.

Everything happened so quickly! Though our minds had anticipated this day, our hearts were not as prepared for the farewell as we thought, yet we were filled with awe.

John broke into tears, and Matthew approached to comfort him.

I, too, in an impulsive desire, ran—trying to follow Jesus, stretching out my arms, longing to touch Him again. As He rose higher and higher, surrounded by that radiant cloud, a multitude of angels encircled Him. A halo of pure light and glory enveloped Him as He returned to the Father.

We were speechless, filled with awe and with many more questions racing through our minds. But Peter gathered us together in a loving embrace, strengthening us with his fatherly guidance.

While we were held in that embrace, we heard a heavenly trumpet sound. Two radiant angels appeared and declared.

Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into Heaven?
This Jesus, who has been taken from you into Heaven,
will come in the same way you saw Him go.

Speechless after that declaration, yet aflame with a deeper love for one another, we returned to Jerusalem with great joy and, for nine days, prayed with our Mother Mary, awaiting the promised Spirit.

That moment lives eternally in heavenly light: the glorious Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Holy Trinity. Every breath and stride of His earthly pilgrimage has become an everlasting hymn of love in the Father’s sovereign will.

The Church on earth celebrates what we beheld—oh, how precious it all was!

Dear Ones,

Our Lord Jesus Christ, rejoices in each of His followers’ labors of love. Remain united to the Most Pure Mother, stay steadfast in the truth, and let your hearts overflow with His grace.

Know that we who dwell in Heaven continually intercede for you all, praying that you persevere in faith and charity.

One day, all who love God will rejoice with us in the eternal light of the New Jerusalem. Rejoice!

(Little Apostle, may the Lord grant that we meet again soon.)
