Padre Pio: Souls Who Seek Deeper Holiness

Message from Saint Padre Pio To The Little Apostle on 03/24/25

PADRE PIO:

Dear brothers and sisters,

I bring you greetings filled with the love of heaven and offer my heartfelt gratitude to you, followers of our Lord Jesus, who have responded to His call and opened your hearts to the messages of mercy and hope through this apostolate of great grace—Heavenly Ark. I am one of the patron saints and intercessors of this endeavor.

This apostolate carries the wisdom that flows from the United Hearts of Jesus and Mary and, through the communion of saints, is transmitted to the Little Apostle, and ultimately to you. It is a unique endeavor designed to impart profound wisdom to those who are ready to be guided and prepared to journey further into the mystery of the Holy Trinity and to encounter the boundless love of our Creator.

This wisdom is intended for souls who, though having progressed on the path of sanctification, still seek a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit’s work and aspire to reach greater heights of holiness. Most of the abundant graces being poured out upon this mission are unfolding quietly within the heart of the Little Apostle. In due time, these efforts may be recognized more fully and embraced according to the discernment of the Church.

Remember, this is not merely a human effort but a heavenly endeavor, born of the gracious Heart of our King, Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ.

Pray for this mission, that it may bear abundant fruit in the sanctification of souls and bring further glory to God.

I impart to you the blessing of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Note: *[ The message from Padre Pio reflects the longstanding Catholic understanding of the Church as the Mystical Body of Christ—a communion in which divine wisdom flows from the united hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the intercession of the saints, to guide and sanctify the faithful. This transmission of grace echoes the teaching of Lumen Gentium (Vatican II), which affirms our unity in Christ and the vital role of the saints in our spiritual journey. ]

Scriptural passages such as John 15:5 (“I am the vine; you are the branches”) and Hebrews 12:1 (which speaks of a great cloud of witnesses) emphasize our intimate union with Christ and the support we receive from the communion of saints. The Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC 956–960) further explains that the saints intercede for us and help us to grow in holiness, guiding us toward our ultimate union with God.

In summary, the message is firmly rooted in Catholic tradition and teaching, calling the faithful to embrace the divine wisdom and mercy that flow from the heart of our Savior.
